Thanks for the congrats and I am going to let Dustin fill yall in on some of the fishing details about this tournament. I will fill you in on a few things. First Dustin was dialed in on the location, pattern and what to throw on these fish. As you know I zeroed on Saturday and my areas were mostly empty of fish. I hit several spots and lost only 2 keepers, caught several shorts. I am usually a very positive individual in all tournaments but after saying the prayer and asking for the safety of all fishermen the accident left me in a funk. The morning of the Team Trail tournament Dustin got my spirits up and I said another prayer much like Saturdays except I asked that we take first place. God blessed us with first place and it was a tournament of a life time. I gave Dustin the trolling motor and sat in the back and netted his 3 biggest bass. We had over 22 lbs by 8:30 AM. Dusting had a mojo going you can not imagine. I was able to contribute with a couple solid fish and we culled our small ones. I lost one fish that would have put us over the 30 lb. mark but I did not flinch when it came off with what we already had. It was truly a spiritual day. Thanks Dustin for putting us on the winning sack.
