Posting this as a follow up to an email that was sent 2 weeks ago:
Please mark Sunday November 15, 2015 as an important date, when our final meeting of the year will take place at the Seven Coves Assoc. clubhouse - beginning at 2:30pm. This meeting will include our annual membership renewal, and 2016 club officer elections. Membership for 2016 will include $25 for club dues, and $30 + $25 for state and national dues. Total dues for all will be $80. Cash will be accepted, and checks should be made out to The Seven Coves Bass Club. All of our current officers (except for our Tournament Director) are "termed out", and cannot serve in their positions for 2016. We will need to vote in a team for next year, at this meeting.

I really just wanted to bump this to the top with hopes all the potential candidates remember how serving as an officer is just as important as finishing as the AOTY.
