The Seven Coves Bass Club will be hosting a National Championship celebration at the Seven Coves clubhouse on Sunday August 16th from 2-4 pm, for SCBC teammate Josh Bensema. Josh, and A & M teammate Matthew McCardell won the B.A.S.S. Collegiate National Championship earlier this month on Lake DuBay in Steven's Point, Wisconsin. It is our hope that Matthew will be able to attend as well...giving us the opportunity to bestow an "honorary" SCBC membership to him at the event. The celebration will include a Championship cake, soft drinks, snacks, and possibly music...all under a "social" format. There will be no meeting agenda scheduled for this event.
We are inviting all SCBC members (and family...if they wish) to this celebration, as we show our support by honoring the 2015 National Champions!!!

Although this is not a meeting, and no formal club business will be taking place, Jeff Melton has told me that he is willing to take any procured donations (for the upcoming FBC fundraiser tournament) off your hands, if you bring them to the celebration event.
If clubbies want to bring a dish, they are more than welcome to...but it is not necessary. The club will be providing snacks, dip, soft drinks, and all of the plates/utensils.
