Please put Ronnie in your prayers. Seems he has been rushed to St Lukes after suffering a heart attack.

Ronnie is one of the good guys and NO ONE can put a prayer chain together like SCBC!

Just in from Chester:

 

I just got off the phone with Ronnie and he is in the St. Lukes Coronary Care Unit.  
 
He is still in pain and not feeling real well.  This afternoon, he is going to have a cath. test and hopefully find out what is happening. 
 
His spirits are good and appreciates all the prayers and thoughts.
 
Diana is with him and will be as long as she can.  I volunteered to go if needed but he said all is well for now.
 
When I here anything I will keep you informed.

I talked to Ronnie this morning and they still havent determined what they are going to do.  There is 24 hour test they will be doing today and then they will know their options.  They are saying he will either need stints or a bypass.  Ronnie will have to make a decision when it gets to that point.
 
He sounds in good spirits and is feeling better but knows he has a tough decision to make later.
 
Please keep him in your prayers, he really needs the lift.

Here is the latest from Chester about Ronnie.

Ronnie and I talked this afternoon and he told me the plans.
 
He said that on Tuesday (May 3) he is going to have a new procedure done that will unblock an artery that is 100% blocked.  This is something new, sort of like a stint but not exactly.  They say it should get that side of his heart up and working.
 
On Thursday (May 5) they will do another surgery and re-do a stint and get this artery back in business.  They told him he will be out of commission for a couple of days and all should be well.
 
I have doubts about this stuff but he said he ask the Doc and they told after about Saturday he should be near 100% and should get back to his normal routine.
 
I dont know what his plans are but I know you can guess as well as I can. 
 
I will leave it like this.
 
Please pray for Ronnie to make the right decisions.

Lets all pray and claim victory over this situation for Ronnie. Prayer is so powerful and the Seven Coves Club members know what it can do first hand. May God put his healing power on Ronnie, guide the Doctors to do what is best for him. Amen!

Ok guys, so the results didnt turn out in Ronnies favor. He had option but still needs out prayers.

I talked to Ronnie this evening and the news wasnt very good.  The procedure today didnt work as planned and his options have changed. He can either get a single stint or do what they Docs prefer and have a double bypass. He is thinking about it and will make a decision tomorrow about what to do.
 
I know whatever Ronnie decides will be what he thinks is best, I only hope it works as he plans.
 
Please keep the thoughts and prayers coming.

Glory be to God and all the doctors! This should be the last update before we all see Ronnie at the June Tournament.

Morris Moody has heard for Dianna Taylor and she said Ronnie has come out of surgery and is doing very well.  He should be released in 5 7 days.
