An 18 Year Old (in search of employment)

My wife and I know an 18 year old who "says" that he has been looking hard for an after school job in the Conroe area. Since we gave him a month to find something...and we haven't seen any type of turnaround to date...I thought that I would start looking for him. He comes from "good stock", has honorable parents, and has been taught to respect folks from day one.

If any of y'all hear of any openings (that could comply with his "early release" from school around 2:00pm, please let me know. He is currently four months behind on his car payment that Mom and Dad bought for him last fall.

Thanks in advance.

Iwish I knew of something in Conroe.  I did notice though that Gander Mountian in Spring was hiring.  That is probably to far of a drive though.  His big brother can't help him get a job at Academy?

Ron, have him go to the Walgreens on North Frazier tomorrow after school, ask for Steve Ploch(Plo) he's a really good friend of mine, 936-494-0414. Good Luck.

Also would Willis off of FM 830 be too far?

Tell him to go talk to Teresa Arana at the Shadowbend YMCA. I know that they are looking for people to work in their afterschool program and the hours would be perfect for him. He will work from 2:30-6:30 M-F with no weekends.
