What is the plan for August Spider block Building?

I  thought that there was going to be Spider, Bamboo block buikding every weekend in August. Has anyone heard what the plan is or if there is a plan?

Not yet Ron. I was out at the SJRA yesterday and the raceways have NO water in them. I emailed Ron G last night and he said Mark Webb has been in Yellowstone all week, and hasn't been able to reach him. Ron is going to try and give Bret Raley a call today to see about the materials and that that we need to be out there on Saturday.

The materials have not made it to SJRA yet...so this weekend is "off the dockets" for that project.

Just received clearance from SJRA for us to do some maintenance work on our raceways Saturday morning (8:00am). All interested can meet up at our nursery site at that time.

 I'd be happy to help... let me check with the Mrs and see if I can help refill those raceways.  Derek sent me the pictures via Text last night and it sure is a sad sight over there. 

Do we also need to bring some weedwackers/ mowers too?

I also just spoke with Bret and he is going to try and get some of his hands down there to weed eat and mow. Told him it would be a big help so we can just concentrate on running hose and pumping water to the race ways. He also informed me that Mark Web has already put into motion getting a hard water line ran to supply water to the nursery. Hopefully in the future we won't need to stretch hose from the lake.

Anyone coming Saturday remember to stay hydrated. This heat is terrible. I'm looking at a real feel in the shade of 106.8° right now.

I'll buy a case of water & some gatorade tonight & will have it iced down Saturday morning.

Also, does anyone know the combo to the lock on the storage building?  If not, we need some bolt cutters and a keyed lock and hide the key on-site.

*** UDATE ***

The SJRA has a Ditch Witch & is going to be running a line from the lake to the nursery.  This way we will never have to run water hose again!  We still need some help to run the piping and connections.
