June - Toledo Bend - Fin & Feather (possible venue change)
2012 Entry Fees will increase $5 to $65. All of the additional $5 will be appropriated to assist the state team (Top 40 & Top 6) with funds to compete at Divisional.

I guess I would ask why the Fed is fishing a lake 5 hours from the people in Lufkin and over 3 hours from here? Not as far as Choke but a haul. And why are they putting over 100 boats on a lake again that would be crowded with half as many? I don't care how many fish were caught there in 2011. And no I don't want to take over a job on that board, but d#*!.
I think they do the best they can to try to mix things up. Coleto Creek is just one of the wildcard lakes we have every year (Limestone, Belton, Choke). There were some at the region meeting that voiced the same concern Terry, of which they said they would not fish that lake. Of course the same people that have the long drive to CC or Belton have Rayburn & TB in their back yards.
We know how things changed last year, so it will just depend on lake levels. Fortunately we get 4 out of 6 for points.
