As I am not on the board, and thus do not have a vote on this matter, I would like to ask for the opportunity to be heard.
Bret Raley has been with us (during our attempts to keep Lake Conroe in a healthy state of affairs) from the beginning. He has worked the SJRA end of our partnership with that organization...obtaining rights to use their boats, equipment, and property. Not sure if he ever asked to be handed the torch to work with our club, but he has donated his own personal time at many of our sessions. As the SJRA Aquatic Plant manager, I believe that Bret was delegated the responsibility, and told to make it work. He has been there to receive plant shipments for us, transported our plants in the SJRA pontoon, spoke at aquatic plant seminars on our behalf, and never complained.
Bret likes to fish with his Dad on Conroe whenever the opportunity arrises. He always asks me how to best put his Dad on fish. So I do not see any harm in pointing Bret and his Dad to some structure that might brighten their day on the water. If we were to share some of our structure with Bret (and asked him to keep the locations to himself)...I have absolutely no doubt that he would keep his word. I also believe that we owe him that much.
DW and Ron, speaking for myself I wouldn't have a problem with Brett getting the coords. I believe it would be a great gester of appreciation. I would let others pipe in but I say copy them and give him a print out. Remember that DW's are out front of the Court House in Conroe..lol.

I caught a couple of fish a week or so ago on the one DW placed across the road from the Seven Coves tennis courts. That lady sure didn't like me pitching that jig in her flower bed though.
I don't see any problem giving it to a project "partner". Like Ron said, he has helped us and this project is to benefit the lake as a whole not just SCBC.
