Yamaha Mechanic needed.

I called Texas Marine to get an estimate on replacing the tilt seals on my 2000 Yamaha 200hp and they

told me they do not work on anything older than 10 years. Never heard of anything so stupid. So, do any of

you know of a good mechanic in the Conroe area. I use to go to Huntsville but the mechanic they had there

retired.

I have used Bowden Marine near Humble and they seem to be good on Yamahas.

I use LMC marine center. Last I checked they had 2 Yamaha certified techs in their shop.

If its just the seals and no cylinder/piston damage its only like 20-40 bucks in parts. There are tons of youtube videos that show you how.
If you feel like taking it to Huntsville and not spending an arm and a leg I go a guy that might do it for you.
