Yeah, the holding company purchased Lew's last year. It will be interesting to see as the holding companies are out for the profit, which usually means high margins/low quality. Lew's reels are made in the same plants as Quantum, 13 Fishing, Abu Garcia, BPS, etc. Daiwa makes their own reels in their own plants...just sayin'...
