Been cleaning around the house and gutted the boys play room. One item was the futon they sat on to play games. It is in good shape..the cover will need to be washed, but other than that it will work fine.

2nd item is for sale.

Whirlpool side by side fride. 10 yrs old works great. Bought Momma a new one so all her appliances match in the kitchen now. I am told that is a important factor to have a functional kitchen.  300.00

I put a fridge out in the garage so i would not have to go in to get a cold beer. you might think of putting the futon out there too just in case!!!! LoL

Actually those are my gloves that DW left in your boat. I'll catch up with ya and get them. My employee might miss them but he will get over it.
