The Toyota Texas Bass Classic (TTBC) will return to the Lone Star Convention &Expo Center in Conroe October 28 30, 2011. The event, a three-day world-class fishing tournament,
also features an outdoor music festival. Event proceeds benefit the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
Actually Lonnie, when I was informed that it was to be back for 2011, it was mentioned that the pro's had requested Lake Conroe again. In fact it was mentioned that due to the locality, good fishing, support and revenue generated from the attendence some of this years anglers suggested to keep it here every year. Just think how much better it will be when some vegetation is back in the water.

Yeah, my friend Jeromy that is sponsered by Legend had to me it would be back to Conroe while the TTBC was still going on. They liked the venue, pricing, and the support they received. It comes down to dollars and I think the LSCC gave them the most bang for their buck (thank you Ron Gunter). The sponsors and advertising bring the dollars (and we know that's what it's about), and the attendance was good to them in a down economy. In many eyes it's a concert with a fishing tournament, but I'll take it none-the-less!
